Space 100%

You always have a part-responsibility. And you are 100 per cent responsible for it. What we create between us and others at a workplace is a “space” to meet and understand each other. Everyone at the workplace owns this “space”. It’s not something on which the manager has a monopoly. If you look around with your eyes open, you’ll soon see that there are many different people at your workplace. Some of them you like better than others, perhaps because you share the same opinions. Other you find trickier, perhaps because you have different personality types. This one you find clear, those you don’t. The people around you are as they are. And you are as you are. At this moment! That’s the positive thing. We’re all in a state of constant flux. If you want to lead change in the direction you wish, you must open up your “space”, for it’s in dialogue and through your behaviour that you can bring about changes in others.
