Leadeship & Employeeship Active Development, LEAD är ett ledarutvecklingsprogram med fokus på att utveckla medarbetarskap.

Vi vet att ett utvecklat medarbetarskap med bland annat självkännedom och förståelse för samarbetsprocesser i mycket hög grad påverkar medarbetarnas engagemang, samarbete och trivsel – i förlängningen företagets/organisationens effektivitet och lönsamhet.

Därför har vi skapat LEAD – Ett utvecklingsprogram som ger dig alla kunskaper och färdigheter du behöver för att arbeta aktivt med medarbetarskap på din arbetsplats.

Efter genomgången utbildning kan du:

Utveckla medarbetarskap på din arbetsplats.

Genomföra utvecklande möten med hjälp av en gedigen handledarmanual.

Förbereda och leda perspektivskiftande övningar.

Förstå och arbeta aktivt med gruppdynamiska processer.

Hantera direkt och indirekt motstånd.

Tolka kroppsspråk och verbal kommunikation.

Leadeship & Employeeship Active Development, LEAD is a leadership development programme that focuses on developing employeeship.

We have learnt that well-developed employeeship with increased self-knowledge and understanding for cooperative processes greatly affects employee participation, cooperation and comfort, bringing about higher effectiveness and profitability for the organisation in the long run.
